I noticed when I sent an attack to a city, my units took 32 minutes to arrive. But after the attack on the return trip (no defenders, no resources taken), it takes 47 minutes to get back to their origin.

Do speed implants only work in one direction or am I missing something?

Did you lose troops? Movement speed is really odd, it seems to be based on the type of unit and the number sent. If you are sending a uniform army of only 1 unit type, then each extra guy increases the movement time. In this case losing troops on the attack can mean you travel home faster.

With armies that have different unit types, losing some of you faster units can actually make the entire army go slower, which is what I'm guessing happened here.

There was no combat at the city. No traps. No units lost.

Movement speeds needs to be visualised in a better way. Troops should have a movement speed stat and armies would never move faster than the slowest unit.

Would also be nice with some graphical indication on the placement of your armies on the map. Could be used to create intercept attacks or ambushes and stuff later on :)

Depending on how advanced the devs plan to make the game offcourse.
